Bell & Blake was founded on the belief that the buying and selling process should be more transparent and informed. Owned and operated by two partners, Andrew Daniel and Levi Manwaring, the company has deep roots in the Chichester area. Both partners attended local schools, Bishop Luffa C of E and Chichester High School in the 90s and named the business after their schoolhouses: Bell House and Blake House.

Meet The Team

Before co-founding Bell & Blake, Andy spent a decade in the online and digital marketing world, working in the heart of London’s financial centre. Now, with 11 years of experience in property valuations and negotiations, he has a strong grasp of the local property market and the moving process from start to finish. Andy's keen eye for renovating and maximizing property value, combined with his personal experience in buying and selling, allows him to fully empathize with the stresses of property transactions. Outside of work, Andy enjoys staying busy with property and vehicle renovations. He has a young family and participates in a variety of activities, including cycling, running, archery, and drawing when time permits.

Levi has been a partner at Bell & Blake for over 11 years, successfully steering the business to its current success. His career path, which began with 15 years at IBM, has provided him with a meticulous work ethic and a highly professional approach. These qualities, combined with his genuine love for property, make him an estate agent who is dedicated, honest, and refreshingly free of the typical corporate sales pitch. Levi’s own determination and perseverance in climbing the property ladder have given him a deep insight into the market. From basic renovations to complete rebuilds, and from renting to becoming a landlord, Levi’s hands-on experience allows him to offer practical, real-world advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in property. Outside of property, Levi is a keen sportsman, and when he’s not in the office or on-site, he’s often managing the busy life of a father to three growing children!
